Those customers can also appear in games such as Papa's Freezeria Deluxe Refined.
Cupid
Cupid will only appear favoring Valentine's Day and will only appear in the restaurant in this holiday unless you manually invite him with a coupon. If you feel like it's too much, you don't have to use him. It includes games without holidays.
Triton
The same with cupid but with Neptune's Feast. He will only appear favoring Neptune's Feast and will only appear in the restaurant in this holiday unless you manually invite him with a coupon. If you feel like it's too much, you don't have to use him. It includes games without holidays.
Satan
Satan will appear only and only in Papa's Boutiqueria and its versions including Papa's Boutiqueria HD. No exceptions and Papa's Freezeria Deluxe Refined was the exception of the exception, but no games similar to it are a place for Satan to appear.
Santa Claus Jr.
Santa Clause Jr. will always favor Christmas. If there is no Christmas (Including no holidays) he won't appear.
Barney & Melaney
Barney & Melaney should always appear together in a game. Both or none.
Fizzo Fan, Purple Burple Fan & Hyper Green Fan
They will always appear together and they will favor the same holiday.

Mama won't appear in your game. As simple as that.

She won't appear in your game
Naming
Elle Broughtwood
Will be called Elle. Papa's Freezeria Deluxe Refined was an exception, but no games similar to it will call her with her full name.
Claime Vinson
Will be called Claime. Papa's Freezeria Deluxe Refined was an exception, but no games similar to it will call him with his full name.
Sonya Winesauce
Will be called Sonya. Papa's Freezeria Deluxe Refined was an exception, but no games similar to it will call her with her full name.
Kingsburg
Can be called either Kingsburg or Donald. Preferably Donald.
Mr. Kingsburg
Can be called either PePe, Papaya-Pie, or Mr. Kingsburg. Preferably Papaya-Pie. (With a dash)
Diacritics
Any character with diacritics in their name will be using diacritics. Laziness isn't a reason at all, and excluding diacritics is literally changing their name.
Holidays
If there is no sense that the character will favor this holiday (From the information on the page), they just won't. But, it won't be so hard. Let's take Barney for example, even Starlight Jubilee is considered reasonable because he likes blue fruits.
