Tom Atto is a customer who makes his first appearance as a closer in Papa's Superfooderia. He has a reason for being a closer: It is because he is secrety a bad guy from munchmore seeking food to turn make come to life and he plans to make a boss tomato in munchmore similar to Sarge but a tomato. He is also the one who first thought of creating the tomato-head lady from Sarge Game although never appears in Sarge game for some reason. His name sounds a bit similar to Tomato which makes it obvious he likes tomatoes.

Tom Atto is found as a secret boss in Papa Louie X: When Superfoods Attack who, after defeated, becomes a secret playable character. In Papa's Superfooderia, the customers don't know that he is evil, until when the are in Munchmore when all the food attack, the customers catch him creating baddies which starts the battle.

Tom Atto's Orders vary but always orders some tomato based ingredients including gummy tomatoes for the sweet foods. In Papa's Superfooderia he always comes on Wednesday.
