The order of departure from the Royal Dramatic Theatre are as follows:

Teams must fly to Dhaka, Bangladesh. Upon arrival, teams must make their way Sundarban Square Supermarket, find a marked sugarcane stall, and press sugarcane to collect enough sugarcane juice to fill a glass. One team member must then drink all of the juice to receive their next clue.
Choice A: Balanced Meal
Teams must travel to Dhaka Harbor, where they must pick up 30 filled tiffin carriers and take them by boat to a cargo ship docked across the Buriganga River. After lifting the carriers onto the ship, teams must take 10 empty carriers back to shore, where they could exchange them for their next clue.
Marlena & Adam, Brock & Brookette, and Nicole & Artie chose this task.
Choice B: Balanced Bricks
Teams must travel to Dhaka Harbor, where they must unload bricks from a supply barge and carry them to a shop in the market in baskets on their head. Once they have delivered 100 unbroken bricks, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way on foot to Dhaka River Port, where they would find their next clue.
At Dhaka River Port, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team, with two slots available. Brock & Brookette used the first slot of the U-Turn on Marlena & Adam. Nicole & Artie used the second slot of the U-Turn on Rita & Gina.
Since Marlena & Adam completed the Balanced Meal Detour, they would be forced to backtrack and complete the Balanced Bricks Detour before continuing.

Once there, teams must find Tekka Mistiri Rickshaw Garage, where they would find their next clue.

The team member assigned to this Roadblock must assemble a cycle rickshaw properly, using all parts given. Once the rickshaw is assembled to the shop owner's satisfaction, they would receive their clue.
