Level is a measure of proficiency a character has in their current class.

Maximum Level

In all games, the maximum level is 20.

Changes in level

A unit's level increases by 1 when a unit gains 100 EXP. This triggers an event known as a Level Up. At least one stat would increase by 1 during a level up.
